Belgium Steel Plate in Coils: Initiation of AD Changed Cir Review

The International Trade Administration is initiating an antidumping duty changed circumstances review of stainless steel plate in coils from Belgium (A-423-808). The ITA is initiating the review to determine whether Aperam Stainless Belgium N.V. is the successor-in-interest to ArcelorMittal Stainless Belgium N.V. for purposes of determining AD duty liability. (ArcelorMittal's current AD duty rate is 6.57%.)
