Korea Non-Alloy Pipe: AD Rate for One Firm Restored

The International Trade Administration has amended the final results of its recent antidumping duty administrative review of circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Korea (A-580-809) in order to restore Hyundai HYSCO’s preexisting AD duty cash deposit rate.

This change is being made as Hyundai HYSCO had no entries or sales subject to this review. ITA will soon instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to restore its AD cash deposit rate to 0.84% (from 8.17%), retroactive to June 21, 2011 (the publication date of the original final results).
