Until the completion of this review, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to allow the posting of a bond or other security, in lieu of an AD cash deposit (at the “All Others” rate) for subject merchandise that GD exports.
(GD has identified itself as a producer and exporter of the merchandise. The review period is 11/22/10 - 04/30/11. See notice for more information, including comment due dates, etc.)
