ITA Lists Recently Completed, Pending AD/CV Duty Scope Rulings, Etc.
The International Trade Administration has published its quarterly list of recently completed antidumping and countervailing duty scope rulings and anticircumvention determinations; terminated scope and anticircumvention inquiries; and pending scope inquiries and anticircumvention rulings.

This ITA list includes scope rulings completed, as well as scope inquiries terminated, between October 1 and December 31, 2010; and scope inquiries and anticircumvention rulings pending as of December 31, 2010.
(There are no completed anticircumvention determinations currently listed.)
