Final Results of Review
As a result of its review, the ITA determines that the following weighted-average margin percentage exists for the period of review:
| Company | AD margin |
|---|---|
| NEP (Tianjin) Machinery Company | 0.00% |
Estimated AD Cash Deposit Requirements
The following estimated AD duty cash deposit requirements are effective for all shipments of subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after June 2, 2011:
- Because the AD duty margin for NEP is zero, no cash deposit will be required for this company; however, it remains subject to the order;
- For previously investigated or reviewed PRC and non-PRC exporters not listed above that have separate rates, the cash deposit rate will continue to be the exporter-specific rate published for the most recent period;
- For all PRC exporters of subject merchandise which have not been found to be entitled to a separate rate, the cash deposit rate will be the PRC-wide rate of 75.5%and
- For all non-PRC exporters of subject merchandise which have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the PRC exporters that supplied that non-PRC exporter.
Assessment Instructions
The ITA will issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection within 15 days after June 2, 2011. The ITA will calculate importer-specific (or customer) ad valorem duty assessment rates for the subject merchandise, and will instruct CBP to liquidate, without regard to AD duties, all entries during the review period for which the importer-specific assessment rate is zero or de minimis.
(See ITA notice for more information, including the scope of the order, etc.
