India and Taiwan Stainless Steel Flanges: Revocation of AD Duty Orders
The International Trade Administration is revoking the antidumping duty orders on forged stainless steel flanges from India and Taiwan (A-533-809 and A-583-821), pursuant to the final results of its five-year sunset reviews.

Domestic Interested Parties Did Not Participate in Sunset Reviews
The ITA states that no domestic interested party filed a notice of intent to participate in these sunset reviews; therefore, it finds that no domestic interested party intends to participate in the reviews.
Suspension of Liquidation/Cash Deposits Terminated Effective Jan 23
The ITA is revoking these AD duty orders effective January 23, 2011, and will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection, within 15 days after January 31, 2011, to terminate the suspension of liquidation and the collection of AD duty cash deposits on the merchandise subject to these orders1 with a time of entry on or after January 23, 2011.
Entries of subject merchandise prior to the effective date of revocation will continue to be subject to suspension of liquidation and AD duty deposit requirements.
ITA Will Conduct Requested Reviews on Entries Prior to Jan 23
The ITA will complete any pending administrative review of these orders and will conduct administrative reviews of subject merchandise entered prior to January 23, 2011 in response to appropriately filed requests for review.
1The products subject to these orders are certain forged stainless steel flanges, both finished and not finished, generally manufactured to specification ASTM A-182, and made in alloys such as 304, 304L, 316, and 316L, and are currently classifiable under HTS subheadings 7307.21.1000 and 7307.21.5000.
