Vietnam Frozen Fish Fillets: Prelim Results of AD New Shipper Reviews
The International Trade Administration is conducting new shipper reviews of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen fish fillets from Vietnam (A-552-801) covering the period August 1, 2009 through February 15, 2010. Interested parties are invited to comment on the preliminary results of these new shipper reviews.

Preliminary Results of Review
The ITA preliminarily determined that weighted-average dumping margins exist for the following respondents for the review period as follows:

Thien Ma Seafood Company, Ltd. (THIMACO), as producer and exporter | 3.25% |
International Development & Investment Corporation (IDI), as producer and exporter | 3.96% |
Estimated Cash Deposit Requirement and Assessments Not Yet in Effect
The estimated AD cash deposit requirements will be effective upon publication of the final results of these new shipper reviews for all shipments of the subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after the publication date.
