China Diamond Sawblades: Initiation of New Shipper Review
The International Trade Administration has initiated a new shipper review for the antidumping duty order on diamond sawblades and parts thereof from China (A-570-900) with respect to the following company and review period:

Posting of Bond in Lieu of AD Cash Deposit Allowed
The ITA will instruct the U.S. Customs and Border Protection to allow, at the option of the importer, the posting, until the completion of the review, of a bond or security in lieu of a cash deposit for each entry of the subject merchandise from Hanson.
Because Hanson certified that it both produces and exports the subject merchandise, the ITA will apply the bonding privilege to each respondent only for subject merchandise that Hanson both produced and exported.
Preliminary Results and Final Results Later this Year
The ITA intends to issue the preliminary results of these reviews no later than 180 days from January 6, 2011, and the final results of these reviews no later than 270 days from January 6, 2011.
