Treasury Issues Its Semi-Annual Regulatory Agenda for CBP
The Treasury Department has published its fall 2010 semi-annual regulatory agenda for U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

This agenda is a comprehensive list of Treasury's CBP rulemakings (i.e. those regulations that pertain to 19 CFR) that are pending at the proposed, interim final, final, and completed stages, as well as rulemakings that are long-term actions. The agenda lists the regulation title; past regulation(s), if any; the timeframe for the next regulatory action(s), if any; a brief description of the regulation; and a contact party name and telephone number.
Fall Agenda Includes New Rulemakings on Informal Entry Limit & U.S.-Oman FTA
Treasury’s fall 2010 agenda for CBP includes two rulemakings that appear for the first time on its regulatory agenda: “Informal Entry Limit and Administrative Exemption” and “United States-Oman Free Trade Agreement.”
