China Wooden Bedroom Furniture: Prelim Results of AD New Shipper Reviews

The International Trade Administration has issued the preliminary results of three new shipper reviews of the antidumping duty order on wooden bedroom furniture from China (A-570-890) covering the period January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009.

Preliminary Results of Review

The ITA has preliminarily determined that weighted-average dumping margins exist for the following respondents for the review period, as follows:

Review-Determined Estimated Cash Deposit Rates, Assessments Not Yet in Effect

These preliminary results are not in effect. Estimated AD cash deposit requirements will be effective upon publication of the final results in the Federal Register, for all shipments of the subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after the publication date.
