Accordingly, effective October 13, 2010, ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to collect cash deposits for estimated antidumping duties of 58.90 percent, the weighted-average percentage dumping margin ITA found for Alpanil Industries in the most recently completed review.
