Italy Pasta: Initiation of CV Review to Revoke Gluten-Free Pasta
The International Trade Administration is initiating a countervailing duty changed circumstances review of certain pasta from Italy to determine whether revocation of the CV duty order is warranted with respect to gluten-free pasta.

ITA May Revoke CV Order for Gluten-Free Pasta if No Domestic Interest
H.J. Heinz Company, an importer of subject merchandise, requested this CV changed circumstances review, stating that petitioners have previously indicated that they have no interest in including gluten-free pasta in the scope of the antidumping duty order.
The ITA may revoke the order in part if it determines that producers accounting for substantially all of the production of the domestic like product have no further interest in including gluten-free pasta in the scope of the CV duty order.

The ITA will issue the final results of this changed circumstances review no later than 270 days after September 13, 2010 (the date on which the review was initiated), or within 45 days if all parties agree to the outcome of the review.
