China Light-Walled Rectangular Pipe and Tube: Final Results of AD Duty Administrative Review

The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its antidumping duty administrative review of light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from China for the period of January 20, 2008, through July 31, 2009.

(a) For any previously reviewed or investigated China or non-China exporter, not covered in this review, with a separate rate, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the company-specific rate established in the most recent segment of this proceeding;

(b) For all other China exporters, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the China-wide entity rate, which is 264.64%; and

(c) The AD duty cash deposit rate for any non-China exporter of subject merchandise from China will be the rate applicable to the China exporter that supplied that exporter.

Assessment Instructions

The ITA will issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection within 15 days after September 21, 2010.
