2. New York Regulatory Audit Field Office Information

CBP has posted information on the New York Regulatory Audit Field Office, which is located in New York City and has a sub office at John F. Kennedy Airport in Queens. It is known for its expertise in performing post entry audits of high risk importers particularly in the area of textiles and wearing apparel. 3. CBP's Weekly TRQ/TPL Commodity Report as of March 29

CBP has issued its weekly tariff rate quota (TRQ) and tariff preference level (TPL) commodity report as of March 29, 2010. This report includes TRQs on various products such as beef, sugar, dairy products, peanuts, cotton, cocoa products, tobacco, certain BFTA, DR-CAFTA, Israel FTA, JFTA, MFTA, OFTA, SFTA, UAFTA (AFTA) and UCFTA (Chile FTA) non-textile TRQs, etc. Each report also includes the AGOA, ATPDEA, BFTA, DR-CAFTA, CBTPA, Haitian HOPE, MFTA, NAFTA, OFTA, SFTA, and UCFTA TPLs and TRQs for qualifying apparel and/or other textile articles, the TRQs on worsted wool fabrics, etc. (Weekly commodity report, posted 03/29/10, available at http://www.cbp.gov/linkhandler/cgov/trade/trade_programs/textiles_and_quotas/commodity/cr_03292010.ctt/cr_03292010.pdf)

4. CBP Updates its TRQ/TPL "Threshold to Fill" List

CBP has posted an updated version of its TRQ/TPL "threshold to fill" list, a quick reference to monitor TRQs and TPLs that are approaching the restraint limit or have filled the inquota (low) rate. The list is divided into two sections - those that are at least 85% filled and those that are closed. 7. Updated CF 1400, CF 1401 Reports

CBP has posted an updated version of its CF 1400 (Record of Vessel in Foreign Trade Entrances) - an electronic query report for CF 1400 of the Vessel Management System (VMS), in accordance with 19 CFR 4.95, organized by entrances. CBP has also posted an updated CF 1401 (Record of Vessel in Foreign Trade Clearances) - an electronic query report for CF 1401 of the VMS, in accordance with 19 CFR 4.95, organized by clearances. The antidumping and countervailing messages CBP issues on behalf of the International Trade Administration are now only available on CBP's Web site at http://addcvd.cbp.gov. AD and CV ABI administrative messages are no longer issued.
