No "Quick Fix" for ACE Cargo Exam Report Missing Data Problem

CBP sources state that there is no quick fix for this lack of new data, which results from an issue with the report, and CBPs transition from an ACS-based system of records to an ACE-based system of records (ACE must pull information from ACS for its reports.)

ACE ES Compliance and Certain Discrepancy Reports Also Impacted

According to CBP, the data problem with the ACE Cargo Exam Reports also impacts the ACE Entry Summary (ES) Compliance Reports as well as the importer and filer ACE Discrepancy Quick View Reports. (Sources note that ACE Carrier Reports are not impacted by the ACE Cargo Exam Report problem.

CBP states that it is working to fix the problem, as well as identify new sources of data for the impacted reports, and will update the ACE Portal News Tab when additional information becomes available.

(ACE Cargo Exam Reports display cargo entry exam data by consignee and can be used to provide guidance to a broker's office and their importer clients.

ACE ES Compliance Reports display entry summary CBP team review data by consignee and can be used by brokers to view compliance information associated with each consignee.)
