2. CBP Updates ACE Overview Fact Sheets
CBP has posted fact sheets providing ACE overviews for brokers and importers. These fact sheets now include information regarding the deployment of ESAR III capabilities (AD/CVD entries and case management).
3. CBP Posts New and Updated "ACE Topic" Documents
CBP has issued a CSMS message announcing that it has posted new and updated "ACE Topic" documents (also referred to as ACE User Guides) providing detailed instructions on using capabilities that were delivered as part of ESAR A2.2 (Initial Entry Types) and A2.3.1 (AD/CVD Entries and Case Management). The new document is titled, "AD/CVD Cases and Messages" and provides instructions on searching and printing information related to AD/CVD cases and messages.The updated documents are:"Blanket Declaration Records;" "Running ACE Reports for Importers, Brokers and Sureties;" and"ACE 101." CBP's February 10, 2010 Customs Bulletin contains the following classification and NAFTA ruling notices:

Comments on the proposed revocations and modifications are due March 12, 2010. The revocations and modifications are effective for goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after April 12, 2010. 5. CBP Posts February 17th Customs Bulletin
In its February 17, 2010 Customs Bulletin, CBP has posted notice of its revocation of two rulings and treatment regarding the classification of auxiliary vehicle heater units. The revocations are effective for goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after April 19, 2010. 6. CBP Updates its TRQ/TPL "Threshold to Fill" List
CBP has posted an updated version of its TRQ/TPL "threshold to fill" list, a quick reference to monitor TRQs and TPLs that are approaching the restraint limit or have filled the in-quota (low) rate. The list is divided into two sections - those that are at least 85% filled and those that are closed. 7. CBP Updates List of RLF Operational Locations
CBP has posted a document listing the Remote Location Filing operational locations. The list includes the port name, port code, the Electronic Invoice Program (EIP)/RLF coordinator, the phone number (and extension, if applicable), and the fax number for each location.
