Deployment Postponed Due to Extreme Weather in DC Area, ACE Outage Cancelled

CBP stated that it decided to postpone the deployment of ESAR III capabilities due to extreme weather conditions in the Washington, D.C. area. The rescheduling of the deployment of these new capabilities will be announced in a future message.

The extended ACE outage that was set for February 6 - 7, 2010 was also cancelled. ACE was available except for the regularly scheduled maintenance window.

ESAR III to Provide New AD/CVD Capabilities

The ESAR III release will provide new capabilities specific to the filing and processing of antidumping and countervailing duty (AD/CVD) entries (also known as type 03 entries) and AD/CVD Case Management. ESAR III will also improve portal navigation, which will impact all ACE accounts.
