CBP CSMS Messages and Web Postings

CBP has posted an updated version of its notice announcing that the Revenue Division will no longer fax copies of approved continuous bond submissions to the bond filer after October 1, 2009. Though continuous bond information is available via the ACE Portal, CBP clarifies that brokers will need access to their client's ACE Portal Importer account to obtain it. Brokers can also query bond data for their clients via ABI. 2. Updated TRQ/TPL "Threshold to Fill" List

CBP has posted an updated version of its TRQ/TPL "threshold to fill" list, a quick reference to monitor TRQs and TPLs that are approaching the restraint limit or have filled the in-quota (low) rate. The list is divided into two sections - those that are at least 85% filled and those that are closed. 3. Updated COAC Air Cargo Security Subcommittee Matrix

CBP has posted an updated version of the COAC Air Cargo Security Subcommittee's air cargo security matrix. Although sources at the November 4, 2009 COAC meeting stated that the air cargo security matrix was essentially complete, sources now indicate that while the matrix is no longer considered to be a draft document, it remains a working document which could be subject to change in the future. 4. Updated TSN User Requirement Tracking Matrix Report

CBP has posted an updated version of the Trade Support Network's User Requirement Tracking Matrix (URTM) report, which provides information on the user requirement recommendations and Great Idea Forms (GIFs) submitted by the trade community via the TSN committees and their current status.
