2. Entries Requiring an ITA-362P Form Not Allowed for EIP/RLF
CBP has issued a CSMS message stating that Electronic Invoice Program (EIP) and Remote Location Filing (RLF) participants may not file entries via EIP/RLF when claiming duty free treatment, articles for physically or mentally handicapped persons (other than articles for the blind), under Public Law 100-418 and 100-647, which uses the HTS 9817.00.96 provision.
