2. FAST/NCAP e-Manifest Application Moved into ACE
CBP has issued a CSMS message reminding the trade that on October 24, 2009 and October 25, 2009, the FAST/NCAP e-Manifest application was to be moved from the FAST stand alone system and into the ACE Truck e-Manifest application. The antidumping and countervailing messages CBP issues on behalf of the International Trade Administration are now only available on CBP's Web site at http://addcvd.cbp.gov. AD and CV ABI administrative messages are no longer issued.
