2. FAST/NCAP e-Manifest Application to Move to ACE
CBP has issued a CSMS message stating that on October 24, 2009 and October 25, 2009, the FAST/NCAP e-Manifest application will be moved from the current FAST stand alone system and into the ACE Truck e-Manifest application. The migration of the current FAST process into ACE will have certain impacts to the FAST/NCAP manifest processing. This transition will have no effect on ACE standard e-Manifest EDI or portal filing. The only impact during the transition on ACE e-Manifest users will be the unavailability of DTOPS for conveyance decal and transponder record updates.
