CBP has posted COAC's Importer Security Filing Subcommittee statement of work and directory. The ISF subcommittee was established at the May 6, 2009 COAC meeting and is to advise COAC of any advice or recommendations related to ISF. Specifically, the subcommittee is expected to generate advice and recommendations pertaining to the implementation of the ISF requirements. (Documents were posted on 07/28/09)

1. COAC ISF Subcommittee Statement of Work, Directory
2. Certain ACE Reports Not Returning Data
CBP has issued a CSMS message stating that it has discovered an issue with Aggregate and Detail Cargo Entry reports whereby those reports are not returning any data.
Additional reports which are impacted by the issue include Account Management Entry Summary reports and the ACE Entry Summary reports. Entry Summary reports contain complete data through mid-Monday, July 27, 2009. CBP issued a subsequent CSMS message announcing that has fixed this problem and these reports are now available.
Cargo Entry reports will be complete on August 1, 2009. This issue is being addressed as quickly as possible. 3. Updated TRQ/TPL "Threshold to Fill" List
CBP has posted an updated version of its TRQ/TPL "threshold to fill" list, a quick reference to monitor TRQs and TPLs that are approaching the restraint limit or have filled the in-quota (low) rate. The list is divided into two sections - those that are at least 85% filled and those that are closed. 4. Updated List of NVOCC Participants in Sea AMS

6. Updated ABI Software Vendors List
CBP's Office of Information and Technology has posted an updated list of companies/persons offering data processing services to the trade community for the Automated Broker Interface. 7. CBP, ICE, DEA Seize Pseudoephedrine Tablets at Newark Seaport
CBP has issued a news release announcing that CBP officers, Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents, and Drug Enforcement Administration agents seized more than five million pseudoephedrine tablets in containerized cargo at Newark Seaport. 8. CBP Messages on AD and CV Duty Actions
The antidumping and countervailing messages CBP issues on behalf of the International Trade Administration are now only available on CBP's Web site at http://addcvd.cbp.gov. AD and CV ABI administrative messages are no longer issued.
