CBP has posted Amendment 38 to the Customs and Trade Automated Interface Requirements (CATAIR) document. According to CBP, the following CATAIR appendix and chapters have been revised:

3. May 2009 ACE ABI CATAIR Chapter "Air AMS Broker Download"
CBP has posted a May 2009 version of its ACE ABI CATAIR Chapter titled: "Air Automated Manifest System (AMS) Broker Download." 4. Updated Overview of WHTI Enhanced Driver's Licenses
CBP posted an updated fact sheet entitled "Overview of Enhanced Driver's Licenses," for meeting the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI) implementation requirements at land and sea ports of entry. WHTI compliant document information sheets are available in English, French, and Spanish. 5. CBP Seizes Over 36,000 Counterfeit Credit Card Holograms
CBP officers in Anchorage, Alaska seized an express package from Hong Kong in late April containing over 36,000 counterfeit credit card holograms (Visa, Mastercard) and 10,000 counterfeit Alberta, Canada Department of Motor Vehicle Seals. 6. CBP Intercepts Stink Bug While Inspecting NZ Flowers at LAX
