CBP has issued a CSMS message announcing that on April 28, 2009, CBP will be hosting an ACE Seminar in El Paso, TX. Topics include: Current Status of ACE, Future Releases including Sea, Rail, Air Manifest and Entry Summary and Accounts Revenue and an ACE reports demonstration. CBP issued a subsequent message correcting the seminar date in its earlier message to April 28, 2009 (from May 28, 2009). CBP has posted a revised notice on new requirements for imports of food products containing small amounts of meat or poultry. 3. ACE Service Interruption Resolved on April 21, 2009
CBP issued a CSMS message on April 21, 2009 stating that ACE users may be experiencing interruptions with ACE services and that filers should continue to submit electronic information to CBP if possible. 4. Downloadable File of All Sections of CATAIR

5. Updated "ACE on the Road" Event Schedule

6. Updated TRQ/TPL "Threshold to Fill" List
CBP has posted an updated version of its TRQ/TPL "threshold to fill" list, a quick reference to monitor TRQs and TPLs that are approaching the restraint limit or have filled the in-quota (low) rate. The list, which was updated April 21, 2009, is divided into two sections - those that are at least 85% filled and those that are closed. CBP has posted a complete list of companies/persons who have developed software applications for ACE electronic truck manifest. All companies/persons who are listed have been through the CBP testing process. Inclusion in the list does not constitute any form of an endorsement by CBP as to the nature, extent or quality of the software applications that may be provided.
