2. TSN Monthly Activity Reports

3. FDA to Co-Sponsor Pharmaceutical Seminar on May 11th

CBP has issued a CSMS message announcing that the FDA is co-sponsoring a one day pharmaceutical seminar with the Central Atlantic States Association of Food and Drug Officials (CASA) on Monday May 11, 2009 in Philadelphia, PA. Topics to be presented during the seminar will include API's, FDA's Foreign Inspections, Offices Beyond Our Borders, Risk Based Approaches, and Draft Guidance for Process Validation to name a few. 4. Updated "ACE on the Road" Event Schedule

5. Updated TRQ/TPL "Threshold to Fill" List

CBP has posted an updated version of its TRQ/TPL "threshold to fill" list, a quick reference to monitor TRQs and TPLs that are approaching the restraint limit or have filled the in-quota (low) rate. The list, which was updated April 16, 2009, is divided into two sections - those that are at least 85% filled and those that are closed. 7. ACE Service Interruption Resolved on April 17, 2009

CBP issued a CSMS message on April 17, 2009 stating that ACE users may be experiencing interruptions with ACE services and that filers should continue to submit electronic information to CBP if possible. CBP sent a second CSMS message announcing that service was restored at 22:14 EDT on April 17, 2009.

8. CBP Messages on AD and CV Duty Actions

The antidumping and countervailing messages CBP issues on behalf of the International Trade Administration are now only available on CBP's Web site at http://addcvd.cbp.gov. AD and CV ABI administrative messages are no longer issued.
