CBP CSMS Messages and Web Postings

CBP has issued a CSMS message stating that ACE experienced a nationwide problem impacting the trade. Users were receiving a "page cannot be displayed" message when trying to access ACE via the portal. Trade users could not submit e-Manifests via the ACE portal. EDI was not impacted by this issue. The service was restored at 12:50 p.m. EDT on March 24, 2009. (CBP previously issued CSMS messages announcing the problem and providing an update on the problem.) 2. March 24th Version of ACE CAMIR-Air Appendix A

CBP has posted a March 19, 2009 version of its previously posted Appendix A - Codes to the ACE Customs Automated Manifest Interface Requirements (CAMIR)-Air. CBP sources recently explained that it is likely that new versions of previously posted ACE CAMIR-Air documents are revised. ACE CAMIR-Air documents are posted for informational purposes and final versions of these documents are expected soon. 3. CBP Messages on AD and CV Duty Actions

The antidumping and countervailing messages CBP issues on behalf of the International Trade Administration are now only available on CBP's Web site at http://addcvd.cbp.gov. AD and CV ABI administrative messages are no longer issued.
