1. CBP Posts Revised ACE ABI CATAIR Documents

CBP states that these documents are considered final. However, the documents retain the "draft" designation in the footer until such time that an official Office of Public Affairs publication number has been assigned to the new ACE ABI CATAIR publication. Subsequent revisions to these documents will be controlled through the official CBP document amendment process.

CBP has also updated the 2009 Change Record to include the revisions to the above chapters. 2. ICP on Household Articles of Base Metal Reviewed with No Changes

CBP posted a February 2009 version of its informed compliance publication entitled, What Every Member of the Trade Community Should Know About: Household Articles of Base Metal. 3. Updated TRQ/TPL "Threshold to Fill" List

CBP has posted an updated quick reference to monitor tariff rate quotas (TRQs) and tariff preference levels (TPLs) that are approaching the restraint limit or have filled the in-quota (low) rate. The list is divided into two sections - quotas that are at least 85% filled and quotas that are closed. 4. ACE Trade Account Owner February 2009 Update

CBP has issued the February 2009 ACE Trade Account Owner monthly update.
