CBP CSMS Messages and Web Postings

CBP has issued a CSMS message announcing that it has fixed a problem with ACE users being unable to login. The issue was resolved at approximately 6:15 p.m. on February 17, 2009. CBP had previously issued a CSMS message stating that a small number of trade users were reporting inability to login to the ACE portal. (CSMS messages, hyperlinked, 09-000089 and 09-000087)

2. ACE e-Manifest Portal Changes Due to WHTI

CBP has issued a CSMS message providing the ACE e-Manifest portal changes that will occur as a result of the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative. CBP's message lists the travel documents that will no longer be acceptable as a sole declaration, the documents currently accepted in ACE that are WHTI approved, the addition of six new WHTI approved travel document types, apparent changes in the ACE portal, etc. CBP issued an additional CSMS message adding the FAST card to the list of WHTI approved documents. 3. CBP Messages on AD and CV Duty Actions

The antidumping and countervailing messages CBP issues on behalf of the International Trade Administration are now only available on CBP's Web site at http://addcvd.cbp.gov. AD and CV ABI administrative messages are no longer issued.
