CBP has previously stated that this list contains only those changes and/or fixes that impact the trade community.

This list of changes contains either the change request (CR) code, or the problem tracking report (PTR) code, as well an explanation of the change:

Proposed Deployment Date of April 11, 2009
CR 2713Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI) Compliance in the ACE application. This CR will cause changes to ACE portal, ANSI X12, MEDPID, and PAXLIST with additional travel document types added for driver data. There is a June 1, 2009 deadline to have all driver accounts updated with at least one approved WHTI document. Any manifest submitted as of June 1, 2009 without the correct WHTI document information in the driver's account or on the one time driver information will be rejected until corrections have been made to the driver information. The updates to the ANSI X12, MEDPID and PAXLIST have been posted to CBP's Web site.1
