CBP CSMS Messages and Web Postings
CBP has posted Amendment 34 to the Customs and Trade Automated Interface Requirements (CATAIR) document. According to CBP, the CATAIR has been amended as follows (partial list):

Made edits in introduction adding new "Sorghum Fee."
Record Identifier 62 (Input) - Added "Sorghum Fee" to Note 1.

2. February Versions of ACE CAMIR-Air Documents Posted
CBP has posted February 2009 versions of previously issued ACE CAMIR-Air chapters and appendices that were recently posted to its Web site. CBP does not state if some or all of these documents have been revised. BP is checking with CBP to see if revisions were made and will provide an update when more information is available. 3. Updated TRQ/TPL "Threshold to Fill" List
CBP has posted an updated quick reference to monitor tariff rate quotas and tariff preference levels that are approaching the restraint limit or have filled the in-quota (low) rate. The list is divided into two sections - quotas that are at least 85% filled and quotas that are closed. 4. ACE Reports Tool Problem Fixed
CBP has issued a CSMS message announcing that it has fixed a problem with the ACE reports tool at 11:00 a.m. EST on February 15, 2009. CBP had previously issued a CSMS message stating that users were unable to launch the ACE reports tool and intermittently received an error message.
