3. 3 Men Indicted in Scheme to Illegally Export Night Vision Goggles

Immigration and Customs Enforcement has issued a news release announcing that three men who operated an export business out of a Huntington Beach, CA, residence were indicted for their role in a scheme to illegally export at least 55 state-of-the-art night vision goggles to Vietnam in violation of the Arms Export Control Act. 8. Canada Decision on Appeal Filed by Nutritional Products Company

According to the Canada Gazette, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal made a decision on December 2, 2008, with respect to an appeal filed by DSM Nutritional Products Canada Inc. from previous decisions made by the President of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) with respect to requests for re-determination under the Customs Act.
