2. FDA Posts Enforcement Report for November 19th

4. IKEA Agrees to Pay Civil Penalty to CPSC

CPSC has issued a news release announcing that IKEA North America Services LLC has agreed to pay the government a $500,000 civil penalty. The penalty, which has been provisionally accepted by the CPSC, settles allegations that the company failed to immediately report incidents about defective outdoor candles. 5. WTO: Turkey to Submit Overview Paper on Textiles Trade

The World Trade Organization reports that at its Trade in Goods meeting on November 18, 2008, Turkey said it would prepare a new paper that would give an overview of developments in the textiles sector after the phase-out of quotas.
