CBP Posts October 2008 Customs Broker Exam Answer Key (10.1% Pass Rate)

Pass Rate Was 10.1% and There Were 4 "Problem" Questions
Sources state that the October 2008 customs broker license exam had a pass rate of 10.1%. (The pass rate for the April 2008 exam was 20.5%.)
Approximately 1,400 persons took the October 2008 exam, which is comparable to April 2008, when approximately 1,600 persons took the exam. Those that passed the exam are eligible to apply for a Customs brokers license.
According to the answer key and sources, the October 2008 exam had four "problem questions." There were two questions (49 and 65) where credit was granted to all answers and two questions (16 and 52) where credit was granted for two answers.
