California's Air Resources Board has made available for public comment its latest draft version of two landmark regulations that, if adopted at the Board's December hearing, will clean up emissions from the estimated one million heavy-duty diesel trucks that operate in California beginning in 2010. 3. CITT Finds Evidence of Dumping, Subsidization of Aluminum Extrusions

According to the Canada Gazette, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal issued a notice that on October 17, 2008, it determined that there was evidence that disclosed a reasonable indication that the dumping and subsidizing of aluminum extrusions had caused injury. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has issued a notice to inform importers of the Minister's policies and practices respecting the administration of the 332,000 kilogram tariff rate quota for yogurt, and to invite applications for quota shares of the yogurt TRQ available for allocation for the period January 1 to December 31, 2009.
