CBP CSMS Messages and Web Postings
CBP has issued a news release announcing that, in conjunction with the Canadian Border Services Agency, it is informing the public that the Border Inspection Stations at Churubusco, New York-Franklin Center, Quebec and Cannons Corners, New York-Cannons Corners, Quebec, will revise their hours of operation in accordance with the winter schedule. Effective November 1, 2008, the new business hours of operation at the aforementioned facilities will be 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., until April 30, 2009. 2. Updated "ACE on the Road" Event Schedule
CBP has posted an updated version of its "ACE on the Road" event schedule, which includes the following events:
October 27, 2008 ACE Information Seminar in Houston, TX - conference flyerwas also posted. Free. (A CSMS message on this seminar was also issued.)
November 12, 2008 ACE Information Seminars in Newark, NJ - there were will be a morning and an afternoon seminar. A conference flyerwas also posted. Free. (A CSMS message announcing that CBP scheduled a second ACE seminar for the afternoon was also issued.)
Topics for these seminars include the current status of ACE, future releases of ACE, ACE reports (demonstrations), etc.

3. COAC IPR Enforcement Subcommittee Meeting Minutes Posted
CBP has posted the minutes from the October 9, 2008 Departmental Advisory Committee on Commercial Operations of U.S. Customs and Border Protection and Related Homeland Security Functions (COAC) Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Enforcement Subcommittee meeting. Global Entry enrollment centers. CBP has posted a list of Global Entry enrollment centers. 5. Miscellaneous CBP Messages on AD and CV Duty Actions
The antidumping and countervailing messages U.S. Customs Border and Protection issues on behalf of the International Trade Administration are now only available on CBP's Web site at http://addcvd.cbp.gov. AD and CV ABI administrative messages are no longer issued.
