The theme for this year's Trade Symposium is "Global Trade: Continuity Through Transition." It will focus on CBP's commitment to security and trade programs amidst transition within the administration.
The symposium will feature panel discussions involving department personnel, members of the trade community and other government agencies, on CBP's role in international trade initiatives and programs. Members of the international trade and transportation communities and other interested parties are encouraged to attend. CBP notes that the symposium enables CBP to incorporate feedback from the private sector into key initiatives and ensures that CBP and the trade advance toward a common goal.
