ICP Revised to Conform to February 3, 2007 HTS Changes

According to CBP sources, this ICP was revised to conform to the World Customs Organization-recommended and other changes that were implemented by the February 3, 2007 edition of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule.

For example, the "Parts of Vending Machines - Subheading 8476.90.00, HTSUS and Other Related Articles" section of the revised ICP now refers to HTS heading 8487 (was 8485).

Also, the HTS headings and subheadings listed in the "Games and kiddie rides" and "Jukeboxes" subsections of the "Service versus Product" section have been updated.

The revised ICP has also been updated to include minor changes, such as technical and stylistic changes, etc.
