CBP Posts April 2008 Customs Broker Exam Answer Key (20.5% Pass Rate)

Pass Rate was High - 20.5% - and There Were No "Problem" Questions
Sources state that the April 2008 customs broker license exam had a pass rate of 20.5%. (The pass rate for the October 2007 exam was just over 9%.)
Approximately 1,600 persons took the April 2008 exam, which is comparable to October 2007, when 1,400 persons took the exam. Those that passed the exam are eligible to apply for a Customs brokers license.
According to the answer key and sources, the April 2008 exam had no "problem questions."
