1. CBP Posts Documents Related to November 2007 COAC Meeting
minutes from the November 16, 2007 meeting;
the November 2007 International Trade Data System (ITDS) Report to Congress;
a COAC letter to CBP Commissioner Basham regarding the impact of the Office of International Trade's (OT's) first year; and
a letter from the International Intellectual Property Alliance regarding adding an intellectual property rights item to the agenda.

2. CBP Posts Census Warning Override Business Description
CBP has posted the Census Warning Override Business Description, which provides an overview of Census warnings, the present process of Census warning overrides, and the future of Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Census warning overrides.
A Trade Support Network (TSN) trade member stated that the ACE Census warning override process is scheduled to be part of the Entry Summary, Accounts, and Revenue (ESAR) A2.2 release scheduled for deployment in January 2009.

3. FAST System Outage was Scheduled for March 1-2, 2008
CBP issued a truck manifest Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) message advising the trade that a Free and Secure Trade (FAST) system outage was scheduled from 11:00 p.m. EST Saturday, March 1, 2008 until 1:00 a.m. EST Sunday, March 2, 2008.
CBP states that all truck manifests with FAST drivers were not to be processed electronically and downtime procedures were to be in effect.

Updated list of RLF operation locations. CBP has posted a document listing the Remote Location Filing (RLF) operational locations. The list includes the port name, port code, the Electronic Invoice Program (EIP)/RLF coordinator, the phone number (and extension, if applicable), and the fax number for each location. Additional historical TRQ Workbooks. CBP has posted the following Excel Workbooks providing historical tariff rate quota fill rates to its Web site: certain refined sugar, ethyl alcohol, and Chile Free Trade Agreement agriculture.
