In a subsequent December 21, 2007 message, CBP stated that ABI experienced transmission delays for 5106 Importer add transactions between 11:00 am and 1:45 pm, Eastern Standard Time, on December 21, 2007, but that the delays have been eliminated, and filers should be able to receive replies to 5106 inputs.

CBP added that if delays are still encountered, filers should contact their assigned ABI client representative.

(KI and TI were rerouted to the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) for processing with the deployment of Entry Summary, Accounts, and Revenue (ESAR) A1.)
