The WCO indicates that the following e-learning courses are/will be offered:
Amendments to the Harmonized System (HS) 2007
ATA Carnets
Customs Controls
Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES)*
Customs Valuation
Harmonized System
Intellectual Property Rights
Rules of Origin*
SAFE, Security of the trade supply chain and the facilitation of world trade*
Transfer Pricing *

WCO notes that these courses are for importers, customs brokers, consultants, legal specialists, administrators, students, exporters, clearing agents, advisers, and human resource practitioners.
WCO Sets Minimum Fees for Online Courses
According to the Web site, the WCO's charge for each course is based on the number of individuals at a company that take the course, subject to a minimum fee.
For a course via the Internet, the minimum fee is 300 for six months of access. The minimum fee for a course via an intranet is 20,000 for six months of access.
