CBP has been constantly updating and/or reposting "fact sheets" to its Web site containing information about the following new or enhanced Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) account types that will be available under Entry Summary, Accounts, and Revenue (ESAR) A1: carriers, importers, brokers, sureties, foreign trade zones, facility operators, cartmen or lightermen, and service providers. CBP collects over $2 million in underpaid AD duty on Chinese shrimp. CBP has issued a press release announcing that CBP at the Savannah, GA port of entry recovered more than $2.2 million in underpaid antidumping duties on shrimp imported from China. CBP import specialists, auditors and Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents found that while the Indonesian supplier was invoicing shrimp as Indonesian, both Indonesian and Chinese shrimp were included in the shipments. CBP seizes toothpaste containing DEG. According to a CBP press release, CBP officers at the Charleston seaport made a seizure of 1,440 tubes of toothpaste adulterated with diethylene glycol, an organic compound commonly found in antifreeze, which is toxic to humans and animals. CBP seizes marijuana in potato load. CBP has issued a press release announcing that agents intercepted more than one ton of marijuana at the Falfurrias, Texas checkpoint.
