Intermittent Slow Response Times for TI, KI Transactions

According to CBP, there have been intermittent slow response times for TI and KI transactions. CBP notes that a technical team is working to identify the cause of this problem.

TI Transactions Not Being Accepted When "A" Record is for Service Bureau

Additionally, CBP states that TI transactions are not being accepted when the "A" record is for a service bureau. CBP states that anyone transmitting such a transaction through a service bureau may be receiving the error message "2EE-DATABASE NOT UPDATED TEST MODE." CBP adds that the fix has been identified and it expects to have the fix in production on September 11, 2007.
