In March 2007, CBP issued an ABI administrative message on the future expansion of the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) in-bond capabilities for e-Manifest: Truck participants that use the Electronic Data Interchange option so that they can (1) arrive in bonds at destination by container/equipment, (2) export in-bonds that have previously arrived by in-bond bills of lading and container/equipment, and (3) cancel in-bond arrivals and exports. 1. CBP Has Not Yet Expanded EDI Option for e-Manifest: Truck to Arrive, Export, or Cancel In-Bonds
According to CBP sources, CBP has not yet expanded the EDI option for e-Manifest: Truck to arrive, export, or cancel in-bonds; in addition, there is no implementation schedule, as these changes are still being programmed.

2. CBP Updates Certain ACS Country and Currency Files
CBP has issued an ABI administrative message announcing that certain Automated Commercial System (ACS) country and currency files have been updated, as follows:

CBP Air and Marine acquires additional UAS aircraft. CBP has issued a notice announcing that the CBP Air and Marine recently added another Predator B Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) to its fleet of border security aircraft. CBP warns SENTRI members on prohibited items. CBP has posted a warning to its Web site advising travelers and members of the Secure Electronic Network for Travelers Rapid Inspection (SENTRI) frequent traveler program to remember not to cross into the U.S. with fruits or prohibited products as it could result in the loss of program privileges permanently, and a substantial fine. Nearly $29 million worth of cocaine seized. According to a CBP press release, CBP officers in Charleston, SC seized 767 pounds of cocaine, worth nearly $29 million, that was concealed in buckets of mango puree in an arriving shipment. CBP's joint intelligence gathering between Newark, NJ and Charleston, SC revealed that a suspect container would be arriving in Charleston. More than 3 tons of marijuana seized in 2 incidents. CBP has issued a press release announcing that CBP patrol agents in Texas recently seized more than three tons of marijuana at the Falfurrias and Sarita Border Patrol checkpoints. Both seizures came from tractor-trailer entries with the drugs being hidden in either bags of charcoal or concealed within a load of watermelons.
