Comments:
In the listed (i) automatic liquidation notices, and the (ii) notices of partial rescission, the ITA states that "notice of lifting the suspension of liquidation of entries of subject merchandise" during the period in question occurred with the Federal Register publication of the (i) notice of initiation of administrative review and the Federal Register publication of the (ii) notice of partial rescission of administrative review.
However, these Federal Register notices do not mention the lifting of suspension of liquidation. In addition, the Federal Register notices of initiation of administrative review do not list the companies for which reviews are not initiated.
