Some Preliminary Periodic Monthly Statements for May Were Not Issued on Time
U.S. Customs and Border Protection has issued two ABI administrative messages regarding the May 2007 preliminary Periodic Monthly Statement (PMS).

According to CBP, due to a systems problem, the May preliminary PMSs did not completely process from the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) to the Automated Broker Interface (ABI).
Program Implemented on May 16th to Generate Missing Reports
CBP has identified the preliminary PMSs for May 2007 that were not issued on May 15th, and a program was implemented on May 16th to generate these missing statements.
Any filer who is expecting a preliminary PMS and has not received the statement as of May 16, 2007 is encouraged to contact their assigned ABI client representative as soon as possible.
CBP apologizes for any inconvenience that has been caused by this problem and states that it appreciates the trade's patience in dealing with this matter.
