The Food and Drug Administration has issued an ABI administrative message stating that it has created a new product code for mung bean protein: 02G[ ][ ]12. When using this new product code, the fourth and fifth characters in the code should be filled with the appropriate subclass and process indicator codes. 3. CBP Issues ABI Message on Its Use of Incorrect ACE Terminology

CBP has issued an ABI administrative message stating that it used the term "truck AMS" in error in a previous ABI message (Adm: 07-0110, dated 05/07/07) announcing that e-Manifest: Truck participants can no longer use shipment control numbers as in-bond numbers. CBP notes that the correct ACE terminology is "e-Manifest: Truck." CBP has posted a notice announcing that it collected a total $787 million in payments via April 2007 ACE periodic monthly statements - representing a record 37% of adjusted total statement collections.
