2. Various Postings to CBP's Web Site
CBP has posted to its Web site the following:
Entry Summary, Accounts, and Revenue (ESAR) technical changes spreadsheet. CBP has posted a spreadsheet used to track the creation of new ABI transactions and the potential changes to existing transactions. The spreadsheet is intended to provide planning support to members of the trade community as they prepare to enhance and modify their systems. The spreadsheet contains information about the affected ABI application, the record level, the record identifier, a brief description and a notation regarding whether the change would be required during the initial deployment of ACE. (Spreadsheet, posted 04/11/07, available at http://www.cbp.gov/linkhandler/cgov/toolbox/about/modernization/ace_esar/technical_info/esar_technical.ctt/esar_technical.xls.)
Updated contact information for beef hormone implementation details. CBP has re-posted to its Web site an "old" notice detailing the implementation of 100% duties on designated products from certain European Union (EU) countries due to a dispute over beef hormones. CBP sources have confirmed that the notice was re-posted in order to provide updated contact information on the import page on CBP's Web site. (CBP re-posted notice, dated 04/10/07, available at http://www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/import/commercial_enforcement/beef_hormone_implementation.xml.)
