CBP Announces January Periodic Monthly Statement Date Changes (Because of Federal Gov't Holiday on Jan. 2, 2007)
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has issued an ABI administrative message announcing periodic monthly statement (PMS) date changes.

According to CBP, these date changes are a result of January 2, 2007 being declared a Federal Government holiday.
Updates to ACS and ACE Have Been Made
CBP states that the following updates to the Automated Commercial System (ACS) and the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) have been made:
January PMS is due on January 24th. The January PMS due date is being shifted from January 23, 2007 to January 24, 2007 (the new 15th workday of January).
Latest date that periodic daily statement for January PMS can be scheduled is January 17th. The latest date that a periodic daily statement for the January PMS can be scheduled is shifting from January 16, 2006 to January 17, 2007.
11th workday is January 18th. The 11th workday, used for most accounts for the preliminary PMS default print date, is shifting from January 17, 2007 to January 18, 2007.
Erroneous PMS due date on the portal within PMS, etc. For portal users, the PMS due date is not being changed on the portal within PMS reports nor on the statements quick view found on the statement tab. According to CBP sources, this will still show an erroneous due date of January 23, 2007.
ACH debit participants' payments will not be authorized until January 24. For Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) debit participants, the debit authorization will not be sent to pay.gov until January 24, 2007 (instead of January 23, 2007).
