CBP has posted to its Web site a notice announcing that the 2007 tariff-rate quota (TRQ) on mandarin oranges (satsumas) in airtight containers will open on Tuesday, January 2, 2007 at 12 p.m. EST, or its equivalent in other time zones with a low-duty quantity of 40,000,000 kg. CBP has posted to its Web site a notice announcing that the 2007 North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA)/Mexico TRQ on peanuts provided for in HTS Chapter 99, Subchapter VI, U.S. Note 16 will open on Tuesday, January 2, 2007 at 12 p.m. EST, or its equivalent in other times zones with a low-duty quantity of 4,959,000 kg. 3. 2007 TRQs on Certain Worsted Wool Fabrics Open January 2, 2007
CBP has posted to its Web site a notice announcing that the 2007 TRQs on certain worsted wool fabrics suitable for use in making suits, suit-type jackets, or trousers will open on January 2, 2007 at 12 p.m. EST, or its equivalent in other time zones with the following restraint levels:

DOC license required. According to CBP, the importation of worsted wool fabrics under HTS 9902.51.11, 9902.51.15, and 9902.51.16 shall only be allowed to importers who have a license issued by the Department of Commerce (DOC) or who have written authorization to use another person's DOC license.

Calexico port of entry to immediately process I-94 permits for Mexican holiday travelers. CBP has posted to its Web site a press release announcing that, beginning immediately, travelers seeking I-94 documents will be allowed to apply up to 30 days in advance rather than waiting until the holidays.
